Ruby Chocolate making kit

This is a pre-portioned Ruby Chocolate Kit prepared specially for you and includes all the ingredients you need to make Ruby Chocolate, either the classic pink (Ruby Red) or the purple (Amethyst).

Unlike our other kits, this one will require you to get perform a bit of color alchemy.  Rest assured, it isn't hard and the included instructions will walk you through the steps.

So you know what you are getting into, you'll need to mix the included magic crystals (citric acid) in some water, mix that concoction with the nibs, and after the color changing alchemy happens, dry them in your oven.  After that, all you have to do is put everything your  Melanger and the next day you have Ruby chocolate. 

Just like all the hip new food in a box delivered to your door programs assume you have basic cooking equipment and utensils, I too assume you have a Melanger like the Spectra 11 or similar, and a basic home oven.
