Chocolate Tempering 102 - December 12, 2025



In this class we’ll use the chocolate we made in the Chocolate Making 101 class the week before and dive into the theory and practice of tempering.  You’ll do the tempering yourself and I encourage you to bring things you might want to mix into the chocolate.  You’ll leave with a box of these inclusion chocolates.  They’ll make great gifts for the holidays.   • The theory of tempering
  • Bowl tempering
  • Silk tempering
  • You'll dive in a temper chocolate and get as inventive as you want to be with inclusions (that you'll need to bring to class).  
No experience required and you do NOT have to take the Chocolate Making 101 class, although I certainly suggest you do. An eagerness to learn is highly recommended.   You'll take home 8-16 oz out chocolate depending on the class attendance.
