The Spectra 11 uses a double scraper arrangement (introduced in 2013) for more efficient mixing and faster performance compared to single-scraper models. The scrapers redirect material from the sides of the drum back under the roller stones during operation, ensuring even grinding and preventing buildup on the drum walls.
