Life gets busy. Even when we love making chocolate, the biggest obstacles tend to be the simple ones:

Which bean? How to roast it? What recipe? And when will I find the time?

This club exists to bring the joy back — by removing the friction.

Each month, you’ll receive a ready-to-make chocolate kit featuring one of my current favorite cacao origins. Everything is pre-roasted, winnowed, portioned, and measured. No weighing. No prep. Just pour it into your melanger and let the magic happen. By the next day, you’ll have fresh craft chocolate.

Every kit includes:

  • Roasted cocoa nibs

  • Sugar (pre-measured)

  • Any necessary extras, such as cocoa butter, milk powder, or vanilla beans — depending on the recipe

  • The roast profile used for the featured bean

  • Clear, simple instructions

Most kits will be dark chocolate, with the occasional milk batch when the recipe begs for it. And when new beans arrive at the shop? You’ll very likely see them featured right away.

Just like meal-kit subscriptions assume you own a pan, this one assumes you have a melanger (such as the Spectra 11) and a basic home oven.

You can choose a 2 lb or 7 lb batch, sized perfectly to fit USPS flat-rate shipping — and your chocolate-making ambitions.

We’ll announce each month’s chocolate here at least a week in advance — ideally two. Life happens, cacao happens; we’ll adjust as needed.
