Off and on, people have been wanting roasted cocoa. Well, part of the appeal to me of home made chocolate is the roasting. But not so for every one. Also, roasted cocoa goes stale, which also defeats the purpose of ‘fresh’ home made chocolate if you are using beans roasted 6 weeks ago. So, my hopeful solution is to offer up both bulk (10 lbs and 25 lbs) roasted beans, and this smaller amount for those that just don’t want or can’t afford that much.

So I am going to keep the schedule here updated and if all goes right, there will be enough interest to make this worth while.

Week Febryary 28 – March 6 Tanzanian
Week March 7 – March 13 Don Homero
Week March 14 – March 20 Tanzanian

I am still going to put a 2 lb minimum on these, just to see how that goes. If demand is good, there is a very good chance I will drop it to 1 lb.

And finally, these are Whole beans only. The roaster has no capability to crack and winnow right now.
