To be honest, I am not sure what the appeal of this particular mold is. But every time I have made chocolates with it, people swoon. I guess it is a bit of fun, and the detail is fine. I like making different colored fish with different chocolates. Make an easy multi-colored school of chocolate fish. This is a hobby grade mold and will make eighteen 0.2 oz chocolates per mold.
